Biases are like assholes: everyone has one, but you never look at your own that often, unless someone else checks it for you to tell you there’s an issue.
Everyone is capable of answering a question, but not necessarily the right answer. Everyone is capable of asking a question, but not everyone knows what they’re asking.

THOUGHT LOOP:
Costs of living remains tight. AI will increase GPU and RAM costs for consumers, less will afford it or be required to use credit facilities and incur debt.
Console sales, already down in 2025, will likely drop more as people can’t afford any new inventory.
Games developers will have to shift to making games for current gen or reduced-spec hardware for a longer period, stifling innovation. Having already the current gen console, developers will be pushed to make more titles in a quicker timeframe as they cannot work towards a new console with current prices.
These changes will see price increases as well in business procurement, app development, technological improvements for software, phones, and other technology relying on RAM or systems that require plenty of compute to function.
There is a chance that games developers and desktop experience makers push to cloud-dominant models where people no longer own the consoles, the PC, OR the game. These will be offered at a subscription level where the public will eventually be charged higher rates as time goes on for less product.
More expensive units such as phones, tablets, e-readers etc will affect cultural consumption, the gig economy, small businesses, and productivity away from automated tasks.
AI companies will require more tax breaks or public investment, attempting to purchase public land for data centres. Data centres will affect water supplies and cleanliness, noise and light pollution, global RAM supply, global GPU supply, and conservation efforts for wildlife and biodiversity in select regions.
